【摘要】:TheaimofthisTechnicalSpecificationistodescribeacalculationmethoddedicatedtoBoltedFlangeConnections(BFC)withmetaltometalcontact(MMC).ItisdedicatedtoBFCwhereMMCoccursinaregionbetweentheoutsidediameterofthegasketandtheinsidediameteroftheboltholeregion.ForMMCinsidethegasketandforMMCoutsidetheboltholeregion,thepresentmethodisnotappropriate.ThecalculationmethodproposedinthisTechnicalSpecificationismainlybasedonthemethoddescribedinEN1591-1,dedicatedtofloatingtypeBFC.Thebehaviourofthecompleteflanges-bolts-gasketsystemisconsidered.Inassemblyconditionaswellasforallthesubsequentloadconditions,theBFCcomponentsaremaintainedtogetherbyinternalforces.Thisleadstodeformationsandforcesbalances(seeAnnexF)whichgivesthebasicrelationsbetweentheforcesvariationsintheBFC.ThecalculationofBFCwithMMCleadstotheconsiderationofanadditionalforcecomparedtotheEN1591-1calculationmethod:thereactionforceintheMMCarea.ItexplainswhytwocomplianceequationsarerequiredinthisTechnicalSpecification(intheEN1591-1calculationmethodjustonecomplianceequationisneededtodeterminetheinternalforcesinalltheloadconditions).UnlikeEN1591-1wheretheinternalforcesvariationsaredeterminedwiththecompliancerelationbetweentheassemblyandtheconsideredloadcondition,here,theinternalforcesvariationsaredeterminedbyusingthecompliancerelationsbetweentwoconsecutiveloadconditions.Thismethoddoesnottreatnon-gasketedpipejoints.
