【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60079specifiestherequirementsforthedesign,construction,testingandmarkingofelectricalapparatuswithtypeofprotectionincreasedsafety"e"intendedforuseinexplosivegasatmospheres.Thisstandardappliestoelectricalapparatuswitharatedvalueofsupplyvoltagenotexceeding11kVr.m.s.a.c.ord.c.Additionalmeasuresareappliedtoensurethattheapparatusdoesnotproducearcs,sparks,orexcessivetemperaturesinnormaloperationorunderspecifiedabnormalconditions.ThesespecificrequirementsareadditionaltothegeneralrequirementsinIEC60079-0thatapplytotypeofprotectionincreasedsafety"e"unlessspecificallyexcluded.
