【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverspackaged,dry,cementitiousmortarorconcretematerialsforrapidrepairstohardenedhydraulic-cementconcretepavementsandstructures.Materialsthatcontainorganiccompounds,suchasbitumens,epoxyresins,andpolyesters,astheprincipalbinderarenotincluded.1.1.1Packaged,dry,concretematerialcontainsaggregateofwhichatleast5%bymassofthetotalmixtureisretainedona9.5-mm(3/8-in.)sieve.1.1.2Packaged,dry,mortarmaterialcontainsaggregateofwhichlessthan5%bymassofthetotalmixtureisretainedona9.5-mm(3/8-in.)sieve.1.2Aqueoussolutions,aqueousemulsionsordispersionsmaybeincludedascomponentsofthepackagedmaterials.Themanufacturermayspecifythattheseliquidsaretoreplacesomeorallofthemixingwater.1.3Aggregatesmustbeincludedasacomponentofthepackagedmaterials.Themanufacturermayrecommendjobsiteadditionofspecificamountsandtypesofadditionalaggregatestohisproductforsomeuses.However,suchreformulatedproductsarenotwithinthescopeofthisspecification.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Theinch-poundunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.ValuesinSIunitsshallbeobtainedbymeasurementinSIunitsorbyappropriateconversionofmeasurementsmadeinotherunits,usingtheRulesforConversionandRoundinggiveninIEEE/ASTMSI-10.1.5Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainstothetestmethodsportionofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodofassessingthefrostresistanceofanaggregatewhenitissubjectedtothecyclicactionoffreezingandthawinginthepresenceof1%solutionofNaCIinde-ionizedordistilledwater.Theresultsofthistestprovideameansforassessinganaggregate'sresistancetothisformofweatheringinareaswherefrequentfreeze-thawcyclingoccurswithseawaterspraysorabundantde-icersconditions,andwhereresultvaluesofEN1367-1testmethoddonotdescribecorrectlyaggregateperformanceinextremeconditions.ThisEuropeanStandardgivestheoptiontocontrolthethawingsequenceeitherbyimmersioninwaterorbyusingaircirculationinthelowtemperaturecabinettoobtaintherequiredreferencetemperature.Thistestmethodisapplicabletocoarseaggregatesortocoarseaggregates'fractionsofall-inmaterials.Thismethodisnotappropriateforlightweight,aggregatescoveredbyEN13055oraggregateswhichcannotbesubmittedto110℃ovendrying.
