【摘要】:ISO18395:2005specifiesamethodforthedeterminationofmonoacylglycerols,diacylglycerolsandtriacylglycerolsandalsofreeglycerolbyhigh-performancesize-exclusionchromatography.Itisapplicabletoproducts(e.g.emulsifiers)comprisingmonoacylglycerolsanddiacylglycerolsasmainconstituentsinconcentrationsgreaterthan10%,andtotriacylglycerolsinaproportionoflessthan20%.Themethodisnotapplicabletodairyfatsorfatsandoilshavingawiderangeoffattyacidchainlengths,sincediacylglycerolsofshortfattyacidshavealowermolecularmassthanmonoacylglycerolsoflong-chainfattyacids.Themethodhasrestrictedapplicabilitytoacylglycerolmixturesbasedoncaprylicandcapricacids.Here,onlythemonoacylglycerolcontentandthefreeglycerolcontentcanbedetermined.
